Upcoming Novel Announcement: Indescribable Ink

Although it has only been a few months since the release of “Zero Gravity”, I do already have some good news to share! I am already working on my next novel, titled “Indescribable Ink”. Yes, this news came rather quickly, but I have already been brainstorming ideas for my next novel almost immediately after the release of “Zero Gravity”.

Synopsis: Angus Lens is an outcast. It’s been that way for as long as he can remember, and he can’t remember much. The four voices of dead people in his head, and the curse from a witch doesn’t make his life better, either. He’s cut off from society by choice, fearful what would happen if he were to blend in with society. As memories of his past begin to creep into his life, a corrupt business owner is determined to kill him for sins of his murky past. Yet, Angus is determined to survive, using the same weapon from the curse that some call “indescribable ink”.

As you can see, this is will be a fantasy novel with some goth undertones. Of course, you can expect a lot of action and adventure as well. Perhaps, a little more than my previous “Zero Gravity”, and of course, some new characters, and even a few familiar faces as well! And yes, this novel will also continue on the trend of mature themes as well, like “Zero Gravity”. Perhaps not as heavy, especially like Marlowe’s personal character arc, but definetely expect a lot of emotions.

I do not want to give away too much, since I am planning to release this novel by late 2023, but I am definetely excited to branch out to the fantasy genre again!

So, for those of you don’t know me very well, I am a highly experimental writer. I am almost always willing to try writing something new, and the same applies to my writing. Plus, I don’t want to be known as a one-trick pony when it comes to writing. I’ve written poetry, nonfiction, horror stories - almost anything I could. Many years ago, I even had a job as a journalist writing sports articles on professional wrestling matches I’d watch with my family back in Nash County. However, I would say that my personal favorite genres to write are science fiction, goth, southern goth, and action-adventure.

“Indescribable Ink” is my sixth overall novel - and will hopefully be my fourth published novel if all goes well. My ultimate goal is of course to not only finish this novel and get it released as soon as possible… To be honest, I’m aiming to release this before I attempt to start graduate school next year. This is because I definetely know grad school is really going to take up most of my time once I do get into a graduate program. Now, of course, I’m excited for when that opportunity comes, especially since I’ve always wanted to go to grad school for as long as I could remember. Not only that, but also I’ve wanted to further my career and strengthen my writing skills, and that’s one thing I’m excited about for when I do eventually start grad school.

Anyways, back to “Indescribable Ink”, I will definetely try to share more information it for sure! But please let me know your thoughts and more announcements should be coming soon!
